The company will need to know what the product is made of, as some products may not be suitable for brazing or soldering - Typical metals such as Pewter have a low metling point and as such are difficult though not impossible to solder especially if the area of repairs are to be placed under stress or pull loads such as a buckle bar or prong, Devanét® will advise customers in these circumstances what the most suitable cost effective repair will be appropriate.
